My name is Michelle Dawn Poirier.

I became a chainmaille jewellerer, inspired by the jewellery I saw when I joined a medieval re-enactment group (the SCA).  Chainmaille jewellery was inspired by chainmaille armor from the middle ages and some weaves date back to medieval times, while others are more modern.

I have been writting since I was ten years old.  My main genres are: crime-fiction, fantasy and poetry, in that order.
